You’ll be welcomed into the home with a grand foyer leading into the stunning two-story dining room. The dining room leads seamlessly into the living room, lending itself perfectly to large dinner parties or family gatherings. Just next door is the chef’s kitchen featuring a Viking 6-burner range, plenty of counter space, large butlers pantry with an additional refrigerator and microwave, and a large breakfast table. The den is just off the kitchen offering a cozy space for evening movie watching or family game night.

A queen bedroom at the front of the house is the only bedroom on this main level. This bedroom has a smart tv, French doors to a Juliet balcony at the front of the house and has access to the shared hall bath with a walk in shower. There is also a full pool bath on this level with a door to the back balcony. On the other side of the home in its own wing is the master suite. This suite features a king bed, smart tv, oversized private bath with separate vanities, walk in shower, soaker tub and a large walk in closet. This room overlooks the pool and lagoon in the backyard. There is also a den with a sleeper sofa on this level that can be closed off to be an additional private sleeping room.
