Ideal vacation home for families, golfers, and the avid tennis player! 48 Woodbine is located in the desirable, gated community of Sea Pines Plantation offering three professional golf courses, one of which is Harbour Town, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Classic in April. In addition to the beaches there are 20 miles of walking and bike paths that wind throughout the plantation. You can comfortably walk to The Sea Pines Center, horse stables, playground, and the Sea Pines Beach Club. This is a great location for family and friends all year long.

Tucked away in a sunny cul de sac, this updated four-bedroom home offers views of the Ocean Golf Course and sits on a peaceful lagoon, which can be admired from the vast glass windows in the living room and completely updated kitchen.A half bath is located off the kitchen and is easily accessible for use when enjoying the pool and backyard. The dining area seats 8. The kitchen is all new with stainless appliances and an island with two bar stools.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom.

On the opposite side of the house are two additional bedrooms one with two twins and one with a queen bed, TVs and a shared full bathroom.

Outside you will cool off in the private swimming pool (not heatable) overlooking the long lagoon views. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, this home is the ideal location for family fun.

**Free shuttle service through Sea Pines Trolley available March through September. | *Please be advised there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis.

Beach parking is available after 5pm every day with no limitations.
