The private backyard has a sunny pool deck overlooking the lagoon with a large lagoon shape pool, the perfect place for an evening swim after a long day on the beach. The deck off of the master bedroom has an outdoor dining table and two comfy reading chairs.

Your own private dock on the lagoon is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or afternoon beverage, while watching the beautiful wildlife on the lagoon.

In addition to the short walk to the beach, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, as well as the General Store, are only minutes away. Three championship golf courses are also close by within Palmetto Dunes. Shopping and restaurants abound within minutes of Palmetto Dunes.
