This stunning fourth row home in Palmetto Dunes has all of the added touches to make for a perfect getaway.

Upon entry you are welcomed by a grand living space. The living room, dining room and kitchen all blend together to make a lovely open plan, perfect for your large family gatherings. The living room features an oversized sectional, TV, game table, and wall to wall sliders leading out to the pool. The kitchen is well appointed with stone counter-tops, a double island, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a cozy breakfast nook leading to the grill deck. The Carolina room features comfy seating, TV, a full bath, and a wall of windows overlooking the pool area is just off the main living room. The office area is secluded with a love seat, desk area and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor, in its own private wing. This room features a king bed, TV, sofa, picture windows overlooking the pool and yard, and a private bathroom with a double vanity, extra-large walk-in shower, and soaker tub.

There are 12 steps up to a large bedroom with 2 full beds, a queen bed, a twin daybed with trundle, couch and a wall-mounted TV. There is also a private bathroom. The kids will be thrilled with this room!

There are 7 steps up to the top floor with 3 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is the second master featuring a king size bed, TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with walk in shower. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed, TV and a private bath with a shower/tub combo.

The outdoor space at this property is a real shining star! The huge lagoon shape pool will get plenty of sun throughout the day. There are several seating areas to accommodate everyone, with an outdoor living space, dining under the pergola, and plenty of lounge chairs and seating. There is also a large private outdoor shower to wash the sand away. The private yard space really sets this home apart from other properties in Palmetto Dunes. There is space for the kids to run around or set up a game of bocce or cornhole. The beach path is just across the street from the house, making this an ideal location for easy access.

*Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat. Also available for guest use is the garage with an electric car hookup! There is a second full size refrigerator in the laundry room.
