This lovely four bedroom, four and a half bathroom house has all you need for your next Hilton Head vacation! This home is perfect for the golf, tennis, and water enthusiast with a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches and is located on the11 mile lagoon.

Eleven steps* to the front door takes you to a one level 2400 sq ft home with two separate living spaces overlooking the private heated spa with waterfall into the heated pool and 11 mile lagoon where you can rent kayaks and fish off the dock. The outdoor deck is accessible by three sets of sliders from the living room, family room and one of the four bedrooms. The elevated deck has a table that seats 6 with 12 steps down to the heated spa/pool deck that has 4 chaise lounge chairs. There are extra chairs and table that can be set up for added entertaining. A propane grill and smoker is available for outdoor cooking.

The large living room has a flat screen TV, and half bathroom. The family room has a full size sleep sofa, all season propane fireplace, TV, and is open to the nice size eat-in kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances allowing for multiple family entertaining. Off the kitchen, the dining room has a custom dining room table that seats 10 with 6 chairs and a large bench.

Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and TVs. The utility room has a front loader washer and dryer.

There are two bedrooms on the north side of the house, one master bedroom overlooks the lagoon, spa/pool and has a king bed, TV, walk in closet that could be used for a nursery, ensuite complete with Jacuzzi tub, and separate walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV with ensuite shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a king bed TV, a slider onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, and ensuite with shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom a king bed/TV, and ensuite with stand up shower.
