HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This beautiful ranch style home is the perfect vacation retreat, with just a short 8-minute walk from the beach!

The large kitchen features upgraded appliances and plenty of space for entertaining. The living room offers beautiful landscape views, glass doors to the patio, and TV. Sit back and relax on the expansive back deck overlooking the lagoon and private pool. This home is perfect for the entire family to spend time together yet still have plenty of space!

The main king bedroom has a TV, glass doors to the patio, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. The second king bedroom has a TV and glass doors to the patio. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. These two rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two full beds with twin trundles, a TV, a game table with seating for four and two sitting chairs. This bedroom uses the hall bathroom.

Enjoy all this home has to offer; laying by the pool or fishing in the lagoon. Take a stroll on the beautifully wooded path, or the three-minute bike ride to the beach. Located just minutes from the the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.

    House was clean, spacious, nice backyard view and pool. The yard was cleaned and taken cared of. Room for improvement would be to repaint the walls, every wall has scuffs and black marks, also the paint is peeling in all the rooms or bathrooms. Carpet needs a deep cleaning for smell. Also bushes need to be trimmed when parking in the front drive. The drive right in front of the main door. It is hard to see the road to know if cars are coming because the bushes are over grown. Thank you.
