The villa opens to a spacious entry. The left of the front door you will find the common areas for this villa. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all of your cooking needs, boasting updated countertop and decorative subway tile backsplash. The convenient pass-through window makes it easy to set up for meal time. The kitchen hosts the stackable washer and dryer as well as an entry door that leads to the service yard.

On the other side of the kitchen pass-though is an open concept living room and dining room space. The dining area has a table set up for 6. The living room has two full sized sofas and a chair as well as a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from this room take you to a private patio with seating for 4 and easy access to the walking path.

Directly in front of the front entry door is the downstairs master bedroom. This room has a king sized bed, a chair and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio. The downstairs master bathroom has been completely renovated to include a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The entire first floor features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.

To the right of the front door are carpeted stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. On the landing there is an additional sleeping space featuring a sleeper sofa. The first upstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with one of them having a full sized bed on the bottom bunk, a flat screen TV, and a sitting chair with a completely renovated private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The other upstairs bedroom serves as a second master with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, and renovated private bath with walk in shower. Both of these bedrooms also feature a sliding glass door that leads to a private balcony.
