This fabulous near ocean home is designer decorated with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, beautiful furnishings and a wonderful views of the lagoon and golf course on the thirteenth hole (tee box) on the famed Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course. All rooms except one offer this exquisite view. Our favorite time at sunset, which is from left to right when standing on the deck offers the most peaceful and tranquil setting. Typical of Hilton Head Island scenery long shadows on the golf course and birds flocking to the water to rest for the evening offer a view and serenity second to none.
Located five rows from the ocean it features two separate living areas.

The formal living area has a sofa, matching chairs, TV and French doors leading to the lanai. The den offers plenty of seating for the family and TV, all with lovely golf views and easy access to the back deck. Leading nicely from the den to a spacious kitchen with Corian countertops, cherry cabinetry, and all necessary appliances. The breakfast area seats 4. For more formal dining, the home features a contemporary glass dining table with seating for 8, in addition to hardwood floors to complement the room.

Hardwood floors flow on into the foyer and down the hall to the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a TV and king bed. The master bath has a separate enclosed shower, tub and large walk in closet and large his/her counter and sinks. In the adjacent bedroom, there are two double beds, TV, private bathroom with stone walk-in shower, and a view of the lagoon and golf course. Both have access to sliding glass doors to the surrounding deck. The third bedroom has two queen beds, TV, private bathroom with stone walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. This beautiful home is for your deserved spent time for relaxing on Hilton Head Island.

As a final feature, step down to the deck, pool and hot tub after a long day of activity—the sun shines on the pool as early as 9am. There is also a five burner propane grill. This lovely home is truly a treat for you and your family. After this stay you will not want to go to anywhere else for your vacation! This home is a five minute walk to the beach/ocean/golf, and perfect for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

*$1500 per week for pool heat. $425 per week to heat the spa only.
*Property is pet friendly with a $700 nonrefundable pet fee one pet only, no exceptions. Protective quilts will be provided by owner for furniture. Pets accepted on a case by case basis, subject to the owners' discretion.
*Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.
