The home’s location in Forest Beach, is close to many of the most popular restaurants, shops and commerce on Hilton Head Island and is also next to the renowned Sea Pines Resort. A large new, custom pool offers a tanning ledge with bubbler feature and a 6 person hot tub.*

Backyard outdoor living also includes a patio and (artificial) poolside grass for lounging. A large screened-in porch provides a flatscreen Smart TV, fans, outdoor curtains, comfortable deep seating and a large drop leaf table for alfresco dining or game night. There is also a smaller open air front porch for morning coffee or relaxing in the shade. The kitchen has a 6 burner gourmet gas range and griddle, large refrigerator with filtered ice and water, a quiet Bosch dishwasher and a large counter height island with dining for six (or the island can be used for extra food prep and serving space). The open concept living area looks out over the pool, accesses the screened in porch and has plenty of seating and a large flat screen Smart TV. There is also another living space downstairs with a large flat screen Smart TV as another indoor option or playroom. Downstairs also accesses the laundry area and half bath through double barn doors. | | The master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, “en suite” bathroom with a large walk-in shower, full vanity, and lots of storage space. The second bedroom also has a king bed, closet, Smart TV and shares a full bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that has 2 twin beds, closet and a Smart TV. All three bedrooms are located up a small flight of stairs from the main living area.

  Great house & pool! The walking path is convenient to the ocean. About a 5 min walk. Night time is a little dark all around. No street light or light on path to ocean.
