This home is an easy 10-12 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the Marriott Resort and general store. Palmetto Dunes is a private gated community that offers a full range of vacation activities including, golf, tennis, beach activities, spas, kayaking, biking, fishing and restaurants.

This magnificent, spacious waterfront home features, cathedral ceilings, 4BR/4 Full-BA, a two car garage and wood burning fireplace. The open floor plan great room has plenty of seating, TV, dining room seating 8 and sliding glass doors leading to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking.

The first bedroom is located just off of the living room and features a queen bed, TV, shares the hall bath with is also accessible from the pool area. The second bedroom is at the front of the house and has a king bed, TV and private bath with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and shares the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The master bedroom is located at the back of the house overlooking the pool area. This room has a king size bed, TV, and a private bath with double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

The back of the house opens up to a beautiful infinity pool with waterfall. There is a large deck area around the pool and a captivating view of the fishing and boating lagoon. Fish from your own private dock. You can rent kayaks, canoes, and bikes nearby.
