Nine steps lead you to the wrap around front porch where you can sit on one of the six Adirondack chairs and enjoy the sunset. As you enter, you will find the sunken living room (three steps down), which offers a sofa, chair with ottoman, entertainment center with flat-screen HD-TV, and wireless Internet access. You will also find a door to the back deck. Also located on the first floor are the first four bedrooms. In the first bedroom is where you will find a King bed, flat screen TV and a shared bathroom (that can also be private) with a shower.  The second bedroom, located above the garage (four steps up to this room), has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with stand-up shower. Cathedral ceilings and a leather couch add to the comfort of this room. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with tub/shower combination. In the fourth bedroom you will find two twin beds (that can also be another king, if needed) and a private bathroom with a shower. This bathroom also has access to the back deck.

Fifteen steps to the second floor you will find the main living areas. To the left of the stairs is where you will find the master suite, which offers tall, peaked ceilings for a more open feel, a king bed, chair with ottoman perfect for reading, and an armoire with flat screen TV player. This suite also offers access to a shared deck with four chairs, a wicker table, and slight ocean views as well as an amazing master bathroom with his/her sinks, walk-in closets, and a private tub with separate stand-up shower.

Just down the hall is where you will find the dining room, perfect for entertaining a large dining table that seat up to ten. The living room has plenty of seating with two matching sofas, chair with ottoman, two swivel chairs a decorative marble fireplace, flat screen TV player, and a wall of windows showing the slight ocean views. This room also has access to two separate decks and opens to the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, built-in oven and microwave, and four high-top chairs. There is also a breakfast table with additional seating for six and access to the back deck. The upper level back deck features a table for six and several loungers. There is an outdoor staircase connecting this upper deck to the pool and grill area below.

The private backyard is the perfect escape after a long day on the beach. A large sunny pool is surrounded by plenty of loungers and a shady outdoor living area with built in grill is a wonderful relaxing area to spend your evenings!
