HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This wonderful third row home in Palmetto Dunes has all the amenities and added touches to make a memorable beach vacation.

The living room has a sectional, two swivel chairs, and decorative fireplace. There is a 60 inch TV, and a slider to the back deck. The bright and open den has a sofa, two chairs and a TV. The lovely kitchen has granite countertops, six bar stools, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen table that seats five. There is also a separate dining room with seating for 10. The cozy Carolina room is all windows and has four chairs with coffee table and a door to the back porch. There is a powder room conveniently located in the hall to bedrooms.

The first bedroom has two full beds, TV and a private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king bed with TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, writing desk with internet connection and private bath with tub and separate shower with double vanity. There is a slider to the back deck. The fourth bedroom has two queens, a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top, sofa, TV and a private bath with shower/tub combo.

Seventeen steps lead up to the second floor where you will find a small office with a desk. The fifth bedroom has a king, TV and a private bath with a large standing shower and double vanity. This bedroom features a large private balcony with three lounge chairs, three regular chairs and umbrella overlooking the pool area.

The back deck has a dining table for six, sitting area with couch, loveseat and rocker, and gas grill; perfect for entertaining. The pool area has eight additional lounge chairs, outdoor shower and access to the beach path. The whole family will love the game space under the house. Perfect for those nights at home or the occasional rainy day, you'll enjoy ping pong, cornhole, golf putting and basketball.

This fantastic five bedroom home has everything you will need during your visit to Hilton Head!
