Located on the first floor, this quiet end-unit is elevated one story from the ground. It is conveniently situated in a perfect spot for privacy, easy access to the pool, the beach, and parking. A keyless entry system takes the worry out of losing keys.
This updated lovely villa has a very comfortable feel with an open floor plan. High ceilings and crown molding adds a classic touch. Attractively decorated, including new furniture, appliances, Shaw flooring in main living space. Bedrooms have new carpet and blinds.

Master suite opens to a spacious balcony. Attractive large dining room has a table which seats six. This room opens to a cozy living room where you can enjoy the indescribable ocean view and incredible sunrise. All new furniture, including queen size sleeper sofa, is comfortable and warm, with an inviting appearance.

The living room entertainment cabinet features: Samsung Smart TV, games, puzzles and books.

Kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with all updated appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Open bar seating is great for an extra dining area. Kitchen Features Include: Maple Cabinets, Quartz Counters and Stainless-Steel Sink

Stroll along the private walkways, surrounded by the beautiful gardens, native live oaks, palmettos, and meandering lagoons. The manicured gardens and landscaped pathways take you directly to the pool or the beach. The large climate-controlled pool has plenty of lounge chairs, and an observation area. A wonderful large gazebo shades tables and chairs for those who want to take a break from the sun and have a bite to eat.

You will find three grills and a bar area ideal for picnics with adjacent bathrooms and an enclosed hot tub poolside. The beach is just a few steps away. Convenient showers are available to wash away the sand from an exciting day at the beach. Barrington also offers two boardwalks to the beach and a new Leamington handicap assessable boardwalk which can also be used for bikes and carts. The Leamington Boardwalk is located just next to the Barrington Court building.
